Overall Design Scheme

The overall design scheme of the fully automatic SMT type DC Variable Frequency Rotor Production Line is shown in Figure 2. This line consists of 18 main parts: a double speed chain conveyor line, an iron core positioning/online workstation, 2 rivet insertion workstations, a riveting workstation, an iron core rolling workstation, a laser marking workstation, an iron core gluing workstation, a magnetic sheet mounting workstation (2 workstations for pre-mounting), a gluing workstation, a magnetic sheet geometric positioning workstation, a rotor array furnace entry workstation, a rotor sintering solidification and cooling workstation, a rotor furnace release and disassembly workstation, a rotor rotation detection workstation, a rotor maximum radius detection workstation, a finished rotor offline workstation, and an electrical control system.
